LeeAnne W. Creevy


LeeAnne is based out of the firm’s home office in Hartford, Connecticut and has over 20 years of experience providing audit and business advisory consulting services to clients focusing primarily in the financial services industry. Her experience includes over 12 years in leadership roles on a number of risk-focused financial and information technology examinations as well as operational and internal control reviews. She has served as a subject matter resource on several large projects related to the assessment of corporate governance, enterprise risk management (ERM) and internal audit functions, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) risks and controls documentation. LeeAnne has helped to lead RRC’s development and enhancement of risk-focused examination methodology, including developing a “toolkit” with practical “hands on” guidance and resources.

In addition, LeeAnne directs the firm’s team of IT resources and has led the team in developing methodologies and approaches on IT risk-focused examinations based on the COBIT® IT governance framework. She has developed and instructed numerous training sessions to clients at trade conferences on risk management and information technology topics and is a frequent contributor as an interested party to the evolving NAIC guidance relating to Solvency Modernization Initiatives (SMI) and risk-focused financial and IT examination guidance. LeeAnne has also been a leader on the use of Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) related information as part of the examination work on more sophisticated insurance companies that already had that discipline in place.

Prior to joining RRC, LeeAnne was employed in the consulting practices of Arthur Andersen and Deloitte.

LeeAnne holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Summa Cum Laude, from the University of Connecticut.
