Our team adheres to the highest standards for data security when performing project work, including encryption of examination data in transit and/or at rest and enforced use of a virtual private network (VPN) when working from remote locations. Additionally, our personnel have access to secure file transfer protocol (SFTP) and encrypted email tools. Each RRC employee receives information security training annually and acknowledges our firm’s written security policy each year.

Our firm is a leader in the industry with regard to the Risk-Focused Examination approach. Our staff members have a thorough understanding of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) Risk-Focused Examination process, having worked with the development of the process prior to the NAIC’s implementation in 2010.

RRC team members are experts in examining complex regulatory issues and invest in following closely the activities of various NAIC Committees, Task Forces, and Working Groups, contributing as an interested party to these efforts.
