LeeAnne is responsible for the firm’s overall practice, management and day-to-day operations. In this role, she coordinates, manages, and leads our team of professionals on all aspects of regulatory consulting related assignments. LeeAnne has over 25 years of experience providing audit and business advisory consulting services to clients.

LeeAnne has participated in leadership roles on a number of risk-focused financial and Information Technology (IT) examinations as well as operational and internal controls reviews. In addition to her financial exam responsibilities, LeeAnne also oversees the team of RRC IT specialists. Her financial and IT examination experience includes serving as a subject matter resource on several large insurance company risk-focused examinations related to the assessment of corporate governance, ERM and internal audit functions, and risks and controls documentation. LeeAnne has also been providing Group Supervisory Assistance to an Insurance Regulator for the past several years.

Thought Leadership

LeeAnne has been a frequent provider of training over the past several years on numerous risk management and information technology topics at trade conferences, such as the SOFE CDS and NAIC Insurance Summit, and at numerous state insurance departments. She contributes, as an interested party, to the evolving NAIC guidance relating to Solvency Modernization Initiatives (SMI), and follows the activities of several NAIC committees and working groups related to risk-focused financial and IT examinations, financial analysis, and international regulatory matters. Further, LeeAnne is one of RRC’s leader on the use of Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) related information as it pertains to financial examinations.
